The program is built upon Theory ZYX: three axes, twelve elements, rigorous measurements, and clearly defined boundaries for planning, execution, leadership, and people.
The framework is designed to help organizations achieve comprehensive objectives such as increased profitability, higher customer satisfaction, greater efficiency, increased innovation, improved quality, stronger market position, and sustainable growth.
A core principle of Theory ZYX is understanding both reality and perception. Internal perceptions from employees and leadership, as well as external perceptions from customers, suppliers, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders, must be addressed for success.
